📋 Description

• Support the DIRECTV for Business channel in delivering strategic initiatives that drive business growth, improve customer experience, and meet financial and operating objectives • Manage 2–3 medium-to-large-scale projects simultaneously across various implementation stages • Identify cross-functional inputs and proactively manage action items, issues, and deliverables • Drive progress and execution across cross-functional project teams • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Home Services, Supply Chain, Legal, and third-party partners • Document current and future-state business processes, recommend enhancements, and implement changes • Gather and document detailed business requirements and develop process flows • Support project launches through smoke testing, launch calls, and production issue resolution • Confirm technical requirements drafted by IT and participate in systems discussions • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business rules, requirements, action items, agendas, minutes, and project plans • Identify potential problems and formulate solutions aligned with business needs • Evaluate decisions and processes against customer and company goals; escalate as needed • Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing with internal business teams and external partners • Report issues to IT, ensure resolution, and document and execute project test cases • Prepare launch go/no-go checklists and contingency plans • Provide management updates on progress, risks, issues, and mitigation recommendations • Present project readouts to senior leadership when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years’ relevant experience required • Experience in medium-large scale, heavily IT-centric project implementation required • Experience working with and implementing products/engineering desired • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative skills • Ability to learn the business and become a subject matter expert for cross-functional teams • Experience documenting business requirements, UAT test plans, and UAT test cases • Experience executing test cases and managing defects • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Dealer Compensation, IT, and Customer Care • Ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions • Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills, influencing, and negotiation skills • Ability to synthesize information and develop creative solutions • Demonstrated success managing matrix teams and working effectively with business and technical managers • Ability to manage a heavy workload, accommodate change, and adapt accordingly • Experience delivering results in a fast-moving, challenging environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor communication to the audience • Experience with public speaking and presentations • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications • Approximately 10% travel, with occasional travel depending on project assignment • May require a background check due to routine access to proprietary company and customer data • Must be located in the United States, excluding Alaska
