📋 Description

• Autonomy to investigate and resolve issues without constant escalation • Clear communication with development teams (know how to say "no" while offering an alternative) • Discipline in documentation and recording technical decisions • Proactivity to identify technical debt and propose improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles • Hands-on experience with GCP in production environments (not just study or certifications) • Daily use of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform as the main tool) • Active involvement in CI/CD pipelines in a real product context • Genuine interest in sharing knowledge (pair programming, code reviews) • Early signs of technical leadership: able to lead technical discussions, propose solutions, and defend choices • Product mindset: understands the impact of infrastructure on the business
