📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for a division within DLB's Design Department • Oversee multiple engineering disciplines, leadership teams, client programs, and operational initiatives supporting mission-critical and data center projects • Establish the division's long-term vision and drive operational excellence • Develop organizational strategy and ensure successful execution of business objectives • Manage divisional performance, organizational growth, staffing strategy, client relationships, and resource planning • Execute divisional priorities and strategic initiatives • Oversee assigned client programs and ensure successful delivery, operational consistency, and client satisfaction • Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting, recommendations, and operational insights • Develop operational plans, forecast resources, coordinate staffing, and plan workloads • Monitor operational risks and recommend solutions • Shape organizational strategy and structure with department leadership • Support change management and cultivate a high-performance culture • Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and best practices • Support hiring, succession planning, budgeting, staffing, and operational coordination • Lead resource forecasting across assigned client programs • Serve as senior relationship owner for strategic and major clients • Drive business development strategy and market positioning within data center and MEP consulting sectors • Anticipate client and market shifts and align service offerings accordingly • Champion technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives • Drive adoption of data analytics for divisional planning and forecasting • Ensure technology investments align with divisional goals • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced operational leadership across multiple engineering teams or client programs • Advanced resource forecasting, staffing coordination, and workload management • Advanced budget management and operational planning • Advanced client relationship management and program oversight • Advanced strategic execution and organizational planning • Experience leading organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts • Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units • Performance management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience using operational metrics and reporting for decision-making • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams • Experience with business technology platforms • Ability to analyze complex business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and execute organizational initiatives • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment through effective communication, self-motivation, proactiveness, and strong organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, employees, clients, and external stakeholders • Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate work across multiple teams and leadership levels • Ability to follow company and site safety requirements • B.A./B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline, or 2 additional years of related experience in lieu of degree • Minimum 10 years of industry-related experience • Minimum 2 years of leadership or management-level experience with demonstrated people leadership
