📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. • Ensure go-live checklist completion, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring all approvals are obtained within required timelines. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during implementation phases (ideally after the solution and design phase is concluded). • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to deliver tailored solutions to clients, following through on exceptions and escalation channels. • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain delivery momentum. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting progress to senior leadership. • Collaborate closely with the Regional Head to align delivery outcomes with regional business strategies. • Continuously improve implementation methodologies and best practices based on lessons learned. • Represent the company with professionalism in client-facing engagements, fostering strong relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in project management with proven track record in the payments or fintech industry; mid to high-level technical or domain knowledge preferred. • Skills: • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus. • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus). • Proficiency with organizational tools and CRMs (e.g., Excel, Hubspot, Monday)
