📋 Description

• Identify misalignments between various information sources and real-life data; map and address root causes • Propose and implement effective solutions to rectify data misalignments and non-compliant flows • Leverage organizational resources to drive impactful changes • Collaborate with key stakeholders (CEO, COO, General Counsel, and other C-levels) to align on strategic initiatives and act as a thought partner • Build and manage a high-performing team of network strategy specialists • Develop and maintain comprehensive master files of flow routings and data fields • Monitor and report on financial flows, identifying deviations from compliance and regulatory guidelines • Lead efforts to create automated solutions for controlling flows and data fields, preventing non-compliant transactions • Support and collaborate with different areas of the company to solve strategic issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. • Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a consulting firm • Proven experience in managing and leading teams • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
