📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across divisions • Collaborate with divisional leaders to prioritize and manage marketing activities • Lead strategic marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams and centralized marketing groups (creative, content, digital) • Provide strategic counsel and innovative thinking to support business growth • Define go-to-market strategies and oversee campaign execution • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports • Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success • Ensure all marketing deliverables align with brand standards • Serve as a brand ambassador across all channels and materials • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Support promotional efforts including social media, email marketing, and external partnerships • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis • Experience in professional services, software, or technology sectors strongly preferred • Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and demand generation channels • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience presenting to internal stakeholders and leadership • Proficiency in CRM and marketing software; HubSpot experience preferred • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, including proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc.) • Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing competing priorities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and remote team environments
