📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with corporate objectives. • Drive growth in high-end machine sales, including automation and turnkey solutions. • Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, including defense contractors, to maximize revenue potential. • Leverage understanding of government procurement processes, contracting requirements, and defense industry purchasing systems to position DN Solutions effectively. • Collaborate with distributor partners to create and execute joint sales strategies; review outcomes quarterly. • Represent DN Solutions at industry trade shows, conferences, defense association events, and other networking forums. • Host key customers at DN Solutions’ headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Changwon, South Korea. • Deliver compelling sales presentations to executive stakeholders, often in coordination with sales teams. • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence on product and regional trends, particularly within defense-related programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (required) • MBA or advanced degree (preferred) • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the machine tool industry • At least 7 years of demonstrated success in sales or account management • Proven track record of success working with defense contracting companies and government contractors (e.g., GSA program, federal bid opportunities) • Established executive-level contacts and relationships within defense and related industries • Experience navigating defense industry procurement processes, contracts, and compliance requirements • Familiarity with current defense programs, trends, and future opportunities • Strong product knowledge in machine tools and related solutions • Deep understanding of defense industry purchasing and contract cycles • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage C-level executives and government stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • International business experience with cultural adaptability preferred • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
