• Be the trusted closer for our field sales team • Handle conversations to help customers make decisions • Close unsold estimates and help customers get the work done • Sell Do It Right Memberships • Light inbound support for customers who call in • Hit real numbers, minimum $50K per month in sold jobs • Access to ongoing coaching and support
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of B2C phone sales experience • Home services experience is a major plus • Comfortable with real volume • Proven closing track record • Native or near-native English fluency • Patient, customer-first approach • Comfort with technology • Coachable and humble • Available Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time.
