• Actively prospect potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media, using cold calling strategies and outbound cadences. • Generate interest with prospects through a consultative approach to understand their needs and how our solutions can help them. • Qualify leads by critically assessing fit with our solutions before handing them off to the Sales Executive. • Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and internal spreadsheets, ensuring detailed records of each contact. • Execute contact sequences (automated and personalized) consistently to maximize engagement with prospects. • Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads, adhering to the defined cadence for each stage of the funnel. • Monitor metrics and KPIs, proposing optimizations to the prospecting process and continuously seeking to improve results.
• Previous experience in outbound prospecting (SDR or Pre-sales), including cold calling. • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and sales automation tools. • Results-oriented, ambitious and motivated to meet aggressive targets. • Excellent verbal and written communication, essential for building rapport and conveying value quickly. • Organized with a sense of urgency—important for managing multiple leads simultaneously and avoiding missed opportunities. • Proactive, resilient and persuasive; key skills for overcoming objections and maintaining a steady prospecting rhythm. • Interest in building a career in sales and new business prospecting, with a commitment to continuous growth and learning.
