âą Take ownership of the team's metrics and create/maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts âą Work with higher management, business stakeholders, and researchers to create and validate hypotheses qualitatively and quantitatively âą Manipulate and transform large data sets to extract insights and perform root-cause analysis âą Communicate and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and wider audiences âą Help shape product strategy with data-driven insights, defining main metrics and customer journeys âą Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain and improve data sources used in dashboards âą Define specs for software instrumentation to ensure visibility of customer interactions and provide access for stakeholders âą Analyze funnels and conversion rates and lead experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses âą Collaborate with product analysts, researchers, product management, developers and designers
âą 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics working with business KPIs and metrics âą 2+ years working closely with product managers and user research teams âą Fluency in SQL (essential) âą Data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar (essential) âą Familiar with event-tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar (essential) âą Familiar with Python and its ecosystem of Data Science libraries âą Experience working with data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery etc.) âą Great communication skills and stakeholder management âą Fluent in manipulating, transforming, and reshaping data, preferably from multiple data sources âą Experience doing root-cause analysis and applying statistical concepts like regressions, proving correlations and causation âą Experience running A/B Tests and interpreting the results âą Contributing to data warehouses, creating aggregated data sets, general understanding of data pipelines and flows âą Familiarity with complex Product organizations in the SaaS market âą Enjoys constant learning and high autonomy
