📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of InformedK12 solutions across a portfolio of school districts. • Partner with district leaders as a trusted advisor to uncover needs and craft tailored, outcome-driven solutions. • Build alignment across diverse stakeholders, from superintendents to administrative teams. • Anticipate risks, manage timelines, and navigate tradeoffs to deliver high-impact results. • Inspire action and guide clients through complex change initiatives. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to uncover upsell opportunities and expand district partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in project/program management in an implementation role at a SaaS company. • Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong relationships at all levels. • Strategic mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving alignment. • Experience influencing and enabling organizational change. • Early-stage startup experience, or experience working in an entrepreneurial environment • Highly developed Growth Mindset, Intrinsic Motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Accountability, and Systemic Thinking skills. • Preferred qualification: K12 Experience
