• Managing a team of geographically dispersed Operations Officers • Supporting the operational delivery and development of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) across Scotland • Managing, coaching, and supporting Operations Officers • Building strong partnerships to increase DofE’s engagement across communities in Scotland • Collaborating with the Scotland team and contributing to national working groups
