📋 Description

• Closely manage the relationships of our partner organisations (Licensed Organisations – LOs) • Ensure those within your portfolio offer quality and inclusive DofE programmes to young people • Identify and develop new relationships with appropriate educational and community organisations • Undertake regular meetings, in person and virtually, engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders • Work from home when not out at meetings

• Proactive and enthusiastic individual • Passion for the development of young people • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders • Computer literate and competent in MS Office applications • Full driving/motorbike licence and access to a vehicle • Positive outlook and ability to actively contribute to the team
