• Provide first-level support: answer basic questions, offer simple guidance, and assist with platform usage • Monitor and record tickets, keeping an organized and up-to-date history • Classify, organize, and route requests to the technical team when needed • Support the team’s operational and administrative activities • Contribute to documenting workflows, suggesting process improvements, and creating playbooks.
• Currently enrolled in a university program (minimum 3rd semester) • Excel (basic to intermediate) • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Logical thinking and the ability to understand basic configurations • Comfortable with technology, systems, tools, and AI • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible) • Previous experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles (even if limited)
