📋 Description

• Own product analytics end-to-end — funnels, adoption, retention, and ROI for every major feature launch on the SevenRooms platform. • Build net new data products aimed at improving analytic and reporting capabilities • Partner with Product Managers and Product Marketers on pre-launch hypotheses, beta testing results, post-launch measurement, and ongoing optimization. • Design and ship PLG automations that translate product behavior into opportunity tagging, expansion signals, and CSM workflows. • Apply GenAI and ML techniques — partnering with our GTM Engineer — to product analytics use cases like web-sourced feature adoption opportunities, transactions predictive modeling, and Add-On ICP scoring. • Communicate closely in support of multiple PM’s with reporting and ad-hoc analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience analyzing product data and partnering with Product Management teams in a SaaS environment. • Expert SQL skills and proficiency with a cloud BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode. • Hands-on experience with product instrumentation and analytics platforms such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap. • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous, scoped analyses that ship recommendations — not just dashboards. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to product and executive audiences.
