📋 Description

• Oversee all Quality Assurance functions ensuring full compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and company safety protocols. • Lead a team of auditors and maintenance personnel, develop and implement standard operating procedures. • Collaborate cross-functionally to scale and enhance drone delivery capabilities. • Assist the Head of Drone Maintenance ensuring accuracy of aircraft maintenance documentation. • Chair the CASS board and conduct internal audits and inspections. • Maintain aircraft operational readiness while ensuring adherence to Part 135 requirements. • Analyze data, identify trends, and develop corrective actions to improve quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• FAA Part 135 Maintenance experience, including leadership in a commercial aviation or UAS environment. • Part 107 certification • Proven ability to develop and enforce SOPs for aviation operations. • Strong understanding of FAA regulations, maintenance, and compliance frameworks. • Experience leading teams, managing maintenance technicians, and scaling maintenance operations. • Background in managing aircraft maintenance and quality management. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
