🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • Professional certifications like ARM or CPCU are a plus • 5+ years of experience in claims management, risk strategy, insurance consulting, or a related field • Proven track record of influencing claims strategy and driving measurable results • Deep understanding of claims processes, litigation prevention and management, SIU practices, and insurance program structures • Experience collaborating across legal, actuarial, engineering, and operational functions • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and relationship management skills
