• 8+ years in transportation, supply chain strategy, consulting, or operations roles • Experience in carrier selection, SLA design, or network optimization • Fluency in data and modeling (Excel, SQL, Python, or network modeling tools) • Ability to operate with ambiguity and build solutions in uncharted territory • Experience leading initiatives that align operations, product, and finance around a shared strategy
