📋 Description

• Run campaigns across core channels such as email, paid, SEO, and outbound, with an eye toward measurable growth. • Help us as we build a modern tech stack and lead the way on experimenting and implementing new tactics and tools. • Take primary responsibility for ensuring the website is a high-converting growth channel. • Collaborate with product and marketing to create campaigns that drive sign-ups, onboard users, and encourage product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of Growth/Demand Gen Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS (Seed–Series C). • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns using modern tools and AI. • Willingness to try anything once, and see failure as a data-point that helps us get to success. • Comfortable managing projects across multiple channels and working with cross-functional teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo or Hubspot) and a hunger to create a best-in-class martech stack. • Analytical mindset — able to use data to evaluate success and inform decisions. • A one-page resume.
