📋 Description
• Coach Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to deliver premier services • Drive key VIP sales metrics for customer engagement and net revenue • Monitor reinvestment programs and promotions • Assist in developing sales training programs • Manage a high-performing team through coaching and actionable feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field • At least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing industry • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team • Strong understanding of the product line • Experience in coaching a team to deliver quality customer experience • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
