⢠Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value or related processes ⢠Support baseline development and development of charge numbers and WBS ⢠Update applicable ERP or Cobra tools for programs with and without Earned Value requirements ⢠Analyze and report performance variances to budget and assist with recovery plans ⢠Analyze and report risks and opportunities affecting baseline cost, schedule, and EAC ⢠Maintain the Project-Activity Structure and charge numbers ⢠Complete the Estimate at Complete process and support time-phased estimate-to-complete updates and EAC packages ⢠Develop and monitor program-level time-phased plans for revenue forecasting, budgeting, and five-year planning ⢠Provide financial inputs, analysis, and variance narratives for Program Management Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews ⢠Provide timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables ⢠Review and communicate program financial status, including funding and funding subject to cancellation ⢠Support finance leadership, Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Schedulers in meeting program objectives ⢠Develop and communicate financial results and key performance measures, including CDRL/SDRL deliverables ⢠Perform other duties as assigned
⢠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant discipline required ⢠Master's degree preferred ⢠7+ years of related experience ⢠Proven expertise using EVMS principles in daily operations ⢠Knowledge of program financial controls with DoD programs ⢠Knowledge of CAS/FAR/DFARS ⢠Knowledge of contract types including FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, and T&M ⢠Knowledge of accounting subjects including revenue recognition ⢠Ability to present complex information to all levels of management ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication ⢠Proficiency with Microsoft software applications ⢠Strong Excel skills ⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability ⢠Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail ⢠Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time ⢠Ability to work independently ⢠May be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
