📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate agreements including commercial transactions, SAs, DPAs, NDAs. • Assist in management and maintenance of company’s standard contract templates and playbooks. • Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations and corporate governance requirements. • Proactively address evolving regulatory compliance environment. • Provide oversight and leadership for all legal needs of the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience (in house or law firm), 3+ years of relevant SaaS commercial experience. • Proven success working effectively across business units and internal functions. • Experience negotiating B2B SaaS, specifically in software security and compliance. • Experience working in a start-up atmosphere is highly desirable. • Prior Experience building out and leading in-house legal teams. • Proficient with G-Suite, DocuSign, Slack. • Working knowledge of scalable a contract database solution, and finance invoicing systems.
