📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned customers by creating project timelines, defining milestones, and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. • Monitor progress, manage risks, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. • Build trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and translating them into tailored implementation plans. • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, anticipating needs and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. • Configure and customize Drata’s SaaS platform to align with customer requirements while applying best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable adoption. • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities that empower customers to confidently use the platform. • Provide guidance and documentation to support customer self-sufficiency post-launch. • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to coordinate seamless handoffs and ensure clear communication across the customer lifecycle. • Escalate risks or feedback proactively to support continuous improvement. • Contribute ideas to enhance implementation tools, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and scalability across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management within a B2B SaaS environment. • Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously and delivering projects on time and within scope. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP, and an understanding of how they apply to customer environments. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate concepts related to APIs, integrations, and data flows at a high level. • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and drive alignment across teams and customers. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • A customer-first mindset and passion for helping organizations achieve their security and compliance goals.
