• We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge AI-powered automation solutions across multiple business functions and industries. • Build end-to-end AI automations using Make, Zapier, Retell AI, Claude AI, n8n, GHL, Bolt, and other automation platforms • Set up workflows for lead generation, customer onboarding, CRM management, chatbots, dashboards, and operational processes • Maintain existing automation systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance for maximum efficiency • Collaborate with leadership to develop customized solutions for various industries including real estate, construction, dental, and legal • Integrate multiple software systems and APIs to create seamless automated workflows • Document processes and provide technical support for automation implementations
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow tools • Hands-on experience with AI platforms including Claude AI, Retell AI, and conversational AI technologies • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL), and API integrations • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues • Experience adapting automation solutions across different industries and business contexts • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects independently
