📋 Description

• Own projects from a high-level perspective, defining their scope, structure, and success metrics • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders during the presales phase, helping shape proposals and technical solutions • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality by aligning resources, priorities, and dependencies • Play an active role on the Dev Board, contributing to company-wide strategic and technical direction • Translate business objectives into engineering strategies and roadmaps, balancing innovation with delivery • Drive continuous improvement in how projects are delivered, from processes to tools to cross-team collaboration • Conduct performance evaluations for both projects and individuals, identifying opportunities for growth and providing actionable feedback • Mentor engineers and leads, guiding their professional development and helping them unlock their full potential • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the engineering organization • Act as a liaison between engineering and other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role in a software organization • Previous experience in a software service company (not a product software company) is a plus • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, architectures, and delivery models • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in presales, client engagement, or consulting is a strong plus • Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with strategic leadership • Track record of building, coaching, and scaling teams • Problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges • CV in English
