📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers to understand their goals, pain points, and workflows—translating insights into meaningful product improvements. • Define and deliver product features and customer experiences across Dremio’s portfolio—partnering with UX to craft intuitive, frictionless solutions that make data easy, fast, and open for everyone. • Work through ambiguity with curiosity and structure, asking the right questions, conducting research, and turning insights into clear product strategies, long-term roadmaps, and measurable goals that drive business and customer impact. • Build alignment and shared ownership of your product vision across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to deliver product, shape go-to-market strategies, drive adoption, and enable customer success. • Leverage both quantitative data and qualitative insights to inform prioritization, evaluate impact, and continuously improve product outcomes. • Represent Dremio externally through customer engagements, conferences, and community events, championing our product vision and learning directly from the field.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering impactful products or features from concept to launch—ideally in data, cloud, or developer-focused domains. • Strong product thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance customer needs, technical trade-offs, and business goals to make clear, data-informed decisions. • Customer-obsessed mindset—you actively seek to understand users, advocate for their needs, and translate insights into simple, intuitive product experiences. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of building strong partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive alignment and execution. • Proactive and self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and ownership; you navigate ambiguity by asking the right questions, conducting research, and driving toward clarity and action. • Analytical and curious, comfortable using both data and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and measure success. • Empathetic teammate and culture builder, who makes interactions positive, inclusive, and outcome-oriented. • Bonus points if you have experience with SaaS, data catalogs, AI, open source software, PLG.
