📋 Description

• Lead and manage the end-to-end migration process, ensuring all phases — from discovery to transition — are delivered successfully and on schedule. • Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define requirements, set timelines, and ensure smooth execution. • Identify, assess, and document migration requirements, including systems, data, and workflows. • Apply SharePoint migration expertise to guide best practices and mitigate common risks; knowledge of iManage is a plus (training can be provided). • Develop and maintain project governance: documentation, policies, tracking mechanisms, and escalation paths. • Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams and leadership; ensure visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies. • Lead training sessions or knowledge-transfer meetings related to new systems or migration-driven changes. • Drive tasks to execution, set expectations, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet established quality and timeline standards. • Prepare status reports, action logs, and project documentation as required.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct experience in technology project management. • Experience in migration projects; preference for SharePoint experience. • Solid understanding of IT systems, data management, and migration flows. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. • Proven experience drafting governance documents, policies, training materials, and project plans. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and senior-level stakeholders.
