📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize fintech business requirements. • Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, architectures, and workflows. • Perform gap analyses between client needs and proposed solutions. • Produce clear, detailed functional documentation for development, operations, and management teams. • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. • Work closely with developers to define efficient system integrations. • Support transaction certification processes and the alignment of flows with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • Advanced conversational English. • 3+ years of experience in fintech. • Knowledge of payment applications and transactional systems. • Ability to write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications. • Previous experience in banking, transaction processing, or financial back-office operations. • Experience working with ISO 8583 and payments operational flows (authorization, clearing, settlement). • Knowledge of card schemes, certification processes, regulations, and operational flows. • Experience creating process documentation and functional diagrams. • Prior experience in payment systems integration projects, network certifications, and optimization of digital financial processes. • Knowledge of applications such as IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator, or Fraud Navigator is desirable.
