📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of features • Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies • Analyze linkages and interactions between component parts to ensure system integrity • Foster continuous improvement and collective ownership of quality and deliverables • Champion responsible use of AI-assisted development tools • Set measurable performance goals and conduct regular 1:1 meetings • Provide feedback and manage the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and reviews • Use code reviews and work assessments to ensure quality and deepen team expertise • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic insights and automation solutions • Address conflicts and issues with team members and stakeholders, escalating appropriately • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Pega projects, meeting timelines and quality standards • Motivate and inspire the engineering team while managing performance

🎯 Requirements

• No visa sponsorship; individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible • 5+ years of professional development experience • Experience leading teams informally or formally on large projects • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology • Extensive experience designing workflows using Pega capabilities • Strong case management background, including Pega case types, stages and steps, routing, SLAs, and case lifecycle automation • Track record of collaboration across cross-functional teams • Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience mentoring teams on their application • Ability to manage complex project scopes and mitigate risks • Demonstrated use of AI, such as AI-assisted code development or leading AI adoption • Proven ability to lead complex Pega project delivery and design workflows and case management solutions • Strong case lifecycle design knowledge • Ability to mentor others and guide junior members on Agile principles • Ability to bridge technical teams and business needs • Commitment to continuous learning and innovative approaches
