📋 Description

• Collaborate with the EU Sales and Australian Delivery teams to provide technical support during customer engagements, system architecture reviews, and solution scoping • Plan, manage, and execute the installation and integration of multi-product C-UAS systems in the field • Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, handling system diagnostics, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and maintenance • Perform validation testing of new hardware and software releases, reporting feedback to Engineering • Deliver operator and maintainer training for end-users • Capture, document, and escalate field feedback to inform product improvements • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers across a diverse range of technical and cultural backgrounds • Provide remote and on-the-ground technical support to customers • Conduct engineering investigation and analysis to resolve technical issues with limited support • Develop and maintain documentation of DroneShield systems and processes to ensure continual improvements over time • Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers • Develop strong, reliable channels of communication with end customers from a range of technical and cultural backgrounds • Keep yourself up to date with the latest technologies, tools and methods to be effective in your role

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering or similar (quantitative) university degree is highly regarded • Experience in a Field Service Engineering role, providing technical support directly to customers and managing projects with engineering teams • Experience in networking devices (essential) • Proficient with Linux operating system (essential) • Experience in testing of complex systems • Experience with telecommunications, radio frequency, and/or electronic warfare is highly regarded • Existing NATO Security Clearance is preferred but not essential
