🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of professional experience leading or managing a design team • A portfolio of relevant design work that conveys an ability to ship successful products • A customer-centered approach to designing products for people • A hands-on, self-starter leader who can think big and also dive deep • Deep experience working with product managers, engineering, and marketing to drive vision and strategy
