📋 Description

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed according to schedule • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies • Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to minimize their impact • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, internal teams, and external partners • Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and address any concerns promptly • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards • Conduct thorough testing and quality checks before project completion • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within approved financial parameters • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change orders, and other relevant records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field • PMP certification is a plus! • Proven experience of 3+ in project management within the telecommunications industry • Strong understanding of telecommunications and AT&T services is preferred • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion
