• Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in customs regulations and trade compliance? Join us as the Senior Manager Customs & Trade for North America, where you’ll lead the charge in shaping and enforcing import/export strategies across the U.S. and Canada. • In this high-impact role, you'll work directly with government agencies, legal counsel, and internal leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk mitigation, and unlock financial opportunities. • You'll be the trusted expert guiding our North American operations through evolving legislation, customs requirements, and corporate initiatives, playing a key role in everything from trade strategy to national security programs like C-TPAT. • If you're ready to make a difference at the intersection of compliance, innovation, and global trade this is your opportunity.

🎯 Requirements

• A BS/MS degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field, with strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs laws, procedures, and compliance requirements. • 8–10 years of hands-on international experience managing import/export operations and compliance programs within a high-volume, multinational environment. • Proven ability to interpret and apply customs regulations, including experience working with U.S. and Canadian agencies such as CBP, FDA, USDA, CBSA, CFIA, and CITT. • Familiarity with customs litigation processes and legal procedures, including interactions with the U.S. Court of International Trade and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal. • Experience presenting compliance findings, cost-saving strategies, and regulatory risks to senior leadership, as well as working with external customs legal counsel. • Working knowledge of C-TPAT, WTO/WCO standards, and a basic understanding of chemical compositions to support accurate tariff classification and regulatory decisions.
