📋 Description

• Work with a wide range of internal stakeholders and key CBU customers on a Pan-European basis • Manage the POS account centrally and ensure local site compliance to key targets • Monitor the progress of client requests and help drive solutions as required • Build key relationships both externally and internally to ensure all Client KPIs are exceeded • Implement a clear reporting process and governance across all regions – Power BI knowledge would be useful.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success, knowledge, and experience in central client management within FMCG • Retail experience desirable • Ability to work independently & remotely with regular travel as needed • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with both internal and external partners • Capable of issue resolution independently • 3D POS expertise – ability to read and understand technical specifications to deliver excellence in service • Process driven, with attention to detail and ability to build and manage clear focused reporting across multiple areas
