• Define the project scope and objectives • Lead project planning • Manage projects according to the agreed implementation plan • Work closely with the Delivery Lead or Programme Manager • Establish pragmatic cross-functional project cadence • Guide teams in delivering intended benefits • Drive consistent use of tools, templates and best practice across projects • Identify opportunities to improve how the function executes and governs projects
🎯 Requirements
• Masters' degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with business and technical background • Strong project management experience, ideally within Supply Chain & Operations • Excellent knowledge of project management approaches such as Prince 2 • Proven stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills • Commercially aware • Proficiency in MS office, MS teams; Power BI and Thinkcell preferred • Certification in Project Management (Prince 2, MSP, and PMP) preferred • Understanding of Change Management (Change Management Qualification preferred)
