📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall on-site supervision, coordination, and successful execution of assigned industrial electrical construction projects • Ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards • Provides leadership and direction to General Foremen, Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentices • Plans, schedules, coordinates, and directs all field construction activities in alignment with project documents • Establishes project execution plans, manpower loading, and performance goals • Ensures work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and client site-specific safety requirements • Conducts or oversees Daily Safety Huddles and audits jobsite safety practices • Coordinates installation methods between civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• Industrial Electrical Superintendent: 5+ years (Preferred) • Previous leadership experience overseeing large industrial electrical projects required • Proven ability to manage large electrical craft labor teams and multiple layers of supervision • Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and safety-first mindset • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and project partners • Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands require • High regard for personal safety and the safety of others • Ability to perform site visits wearing required PPE (protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.) • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
