• Managing the assigned customer base from a Technical perspective • Providing technical support to customers • Providing technical training to team and customers • Visiting clients and prospects with Sales Engineer/Sales Manager • Identifying new growth opportunities and providing technical support • Initiating and supporting new product launches • Providing feedback on product performance to Headquarters • Taking a leading role in Technical driven activities • Interpreting and communicating laboratory results • Managing a small team of TS-engineers and the Laboratory Member of the Engineering management team
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering • Manufacturing process or production experience, ideally in Metal Working • Understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety legislations • Proven track record of achievements • Fluent in Italian and English • Additional language skills considered a plus • Current network in Metalworking fluids / industrial cleaners
