📋 Description

• Input, verify, and manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy • Perform regular data cleansing and validation to ensure quality and consistency • Update databases and spreadsheets to reflect changes in data • Review and correct data discrepancies or errors • Maintain and organize digital and paper records as required • Assist in generating reports and extracting data for various departments • Follow data privacy and security protocols at all times • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across platforms • Support administrative tasks as needed related to data handling and entry

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred • Proven experience as a data entry clerk, data processor, or similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data processing tools • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Basic understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Access, Salesforce) (Preferred) • Familiarity with automated data processing tools or scripts (Preferred)
