📋 Description

• Own Duetto's FP&A systems architecture and drive data centralization and infrastructure across NetSuite, Salesforce, and departmental sources • Own the core data model and platform governance in Abacum • Architect and maintain the integrated financial model covering P&L, cash flow, reforecasting, and budgeting • Own monthly and quarterly board and sponsor reporting packages for the CFO and board • Build scenario and sensitivity analyses for growth, investment, liquidity, and strategic initiatives • Partner with Accounting to accelerate the monthly close process • Own cash flow forecasting and covenant compliance monitoring • Deploy AI-augmented workflows and agents for finance operations • Own consolidated P&L variance analysis and synthesize departmental and company-wide performance drivers • Partner with R&D and G&A leaders to provide data-based strategic recommendations for productivity and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in FP&A or Financial Systems, with meaningful focus on executive reporting, financial processes, systems architecture, or data infrastructure in a SaaS environment • Genuine orientation toward AI-augmented work, including LLMs, automation, and prompt-driven workflows • Demonstrated mastery of financial modelling and reporting • Deep fluency in financial systems architecture, including ERP platforms such as NetSuite or equivalent • Fluency in FP&A platforms such as Abacum, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Pigment, or equivalent • Hands-on experience owning forecasting, scenario modeling, and covenant compliance • Experience partnering and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels • Proven ability to translate complex, multi-department data into a single, executive-level narrative • Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS B2B environment • Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, NetSuite, and Salesforce in a finance context • Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent • Experience supporting SOX compliance or audit-readiness processes • Hospitality technology industry experience
