• Reporting & Visibility: Owning recurring supplier performance reporting across airlines, hotels, and other travel partners. • Commercial Tracking: Monitoring commission structures, incentives, and contractual mechanics to ensure internal accuracy. • Operational Coordination: Supporting tasks such as coordinating GDS commission loads and uploading agreements. • Relationship Management: Acting as the day-to-day contact for suppliers and managing inbound partnership requests. • Process Improvement: Continuously improving internal documentation and reporting frameworks within the Partnerships team.
• Experience: 2–4 years in travel partnerships, commercial operations, or airline account management. • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of airline distribution models (GDS and NDC) is highly valuable. • Data Literacy: Comfort working with performance data, commercial reporting, and commission structures. • Operational Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset for handling both strategic context and operational follow-through. • Communication: Confidence communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders in a fast-growth or startup environment.
