• Want to be part of something innovative and fresh? • Ratloop Canada’s next project is a stunning new concept. • An exciting new way to play a first person shooter with radically fresh time travel mechanics. • As a huge part of a small team, you will get your hands dirty on a number of gameplay and online systems. • We’re building a PvP first person shooter so interest in gameplay fundamentals and networking concepts would be well suited! • We have a very flat hierarchy where everyone contributes to creativity and game design. • If you decide to come onboard, you will be integral to delivering a high quality, super creative AAA indie experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent training or experience; • Fluent in C++; • 5+ years of experience in video game development; • Knowledge of the technical Pipelines and all the processes required to make a game. • Experience with multiplayer games; • Experience working with console (Sony/Microsoft); • Proficient technical skills in Unreal Engine 4; • Strong interest in gaming (including FPS); • Knowledge of game systems and 3C’s (camera, character, control) • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; • Strong Affinity with game design; • Autonomous and resourceful, ability to take initiative; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
