📋 Description

• Support both internal and customer-facing projects • Manage Atlassian Cloud tools • Shape the future of our DevOps infrastructure • Perform plugin updates/upgrades for Jira and Bitbucket Cloud • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues • Respond to DevOps requests across internal and external projects • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues in the DevOps environment • Build and support Docker containers • Develop and maintain Bitbucket Pipelines for CI/CD • Provision new customers on platforms with seamless integration • Assist in migrating from Atlassian Datacenter to Atlassian Cloud • Support internal environment realignments and cleanup • Contribute to ISO/SOC certification readiness • Help plan and build deployment processes for future products • Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations • Identify and implement system/process enhancements with leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a DevOps engineer or administrator in an Atlassian environment (preferred) • Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Bitbucket) • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) • Familiarity with Linux terminal, VS Code, and Git • Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines • Scriptrunner/Groovy scripting • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Excellent problem-solving and time management • Self-starter with a proactive mindset • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Adaptable and eager to learn • Atlassian and/or DevOps certifications are a plus • Knowledge of SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma • Programming in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
