• Overall project execution from requirements gathering through technical migration and system setup & customization to testing & quality assurance, including support during go-live • Review and assessment of the existing Salesforce, DealHub and Freshdesk setups • Extraction, cleansing and import of company and contact data from Salesforce/DealHub into HubSpot • Migration of existing leads as well as classification and transfer of current opportunities and contact histories according to specifications • Conversion of existing Pardot forms to HubSpot, including integration with existing workflows and lead-management processes • Migration of Success Management from Freshdesk into HubSpot’s Service module, including tickets, customer and case information • Technical implementation of the migration from Salesforce & Freshdesk to HubSpot • Configuration of Sales, Marketing & Service processes in HubSpot using standard tools • Data migration of relevant records (leads, contacts, companies, tickets) • Setup of forms and integration into website workflows • Support during parallel operation & testing • Close coordination with product owners from Sales, Marketing & Service • Documentation & knowledge transfer
• Excellent HubSpot knowledge (Sales Hub, Service Hub, and optionally CMS) • Demonstrable project experience implementing HubSpot migrations, specifically from Salesforce or comparable systems • Experience with data migrations & CRM configuration • Understanding of B2B processes in Sales, Marketing & Customer Success • Hands-on mentality: you implement directly in the tool and advise on implementation alternatives where needed, without initiating full-scale process consulting • Strong sense for pragmatic solutions and the ability to distinguish between “nice-to-have” and “essential” • Ability to implement technical requirements pragmatically and solution-oriented • English language skills (team is partly based in the USA) • Flexibility for later-afternoon calls (US time zones) • Structured and solution-oriented way of working (project management & coordination)
