📋 Description

• Analyze Performance: Deliver actionable insights into company-wide and departmental financial performance, including monthly reporting packages comparing results to Plan and prior year. • Build Scalable Models: Develop and maintain robust financial models across bookings, revenue, headcount, expenses, SaaS metrics, cash flow, balance sheet forecasting, and capacity planning. • Partner with Leaders: Collaborate closely with business partners and executives to support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly business reviews. • Drive Process Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize FP&A processes, leveraging AI, automation, and scalable systems. • Support Strategic Decisions: Prepare ad hoc financial and strategic analyses, including product business cases, investment evaluations, and cost/benefit assessments. • Strengthen Controls: Support and maintain strong internal controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across financial reporting and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and data visualization tools strongly preferred. • Experience in SaaS and private equity-backed environments is a plus. • Ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, compelling business narratives for operators and executives. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
