📋 Description

• Facilitate effective Agile and SAFe team events • Coach teams on practical Agile behaviors that improve ownership, collaboration, transparency, and delivery flow • Support PI Planning and release planning by clarifying team capacity, objectives, risks, dependencies, and readiness needs • Coordinate across teams and partners on priorities, scope, handoffs, dependencies, timing, and delivery commitments • Provide concise delivery updates covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions needed, and next steps • Promote quality Jira and reporting data for visibility into work, capacity, delivery health, and trends • Translate team-level delivery information into stakeholder communications • Identify, track, and help resolve impediments, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies • Escalate concerns with impact, ownership, mitigation options, and timing considerations • Support release readiness through checkpoints, demos, testing readiness, follow-ups, and delivery communications • Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineering, Quality, Business, Application Leadership, vendors, and technology teams • Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives, data-informed insights, and practical changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Lead, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar technology delivery role • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices • Experience supporting planning and delivery execution • Experience using Jira or similar Agile work management tools • Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and senior-level stakeholders • Strong facilitation, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, and influence skills • Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SSM, SASM, or equivalent preferred • Experience working in a scaled Agile environment, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management preferred • Experience supporting enterprise applications, modernization initiatives, HR or Finance technology, cloud platforms, data platforms, or shared service solutions preferred • General understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, or modern application delivery concepts preferred • Successful completion of a background check required
