• Administer and manage a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, ensuring high performance, availability, and reliability. • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CRM workflows, pipeline runs, integrations, system jobs, and automation processes. • Oversee Dynamics CRM update and maintenance cycles, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-update validation. • Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex issues related to CRM functionality, environment health, and platform components. • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support system enhancements, configuration adjustments, and feature rollouts. • Optimize CRM performance by proactively identifying issues and implementing preventative measures. • Maintain documentation for system configuration, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. • Participate in incident management and provide advanced technical support as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM in an enterprise environment. • Strong expertise in CRM pipelines, workflows, system jobs, and integration troubleshooting. • Demonstrated experience managing Dynamics platform updates, patches, and version upgrades. • Ability to resolve complex technical issues across application, integration, and data layers. • Familiarity with Dynamics CRM architecture, security roles, and customization frameworks. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
