⢠Manage our network of national customers and distribution partners ⢠Advise construction sites, construction companies and contracting authorities ⢠Negotiate quotations and orders ⢠Coordinate with the technical department to define product-specific customer requirements ⢠Work closely with the inside sales team ⢠Develop and take responsibility for the sales budget ⢠Conduct analyses and prepare reports on product and customer sales statistics ⢠Contribute to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy ⢠Represent the company at trade fairs
⢠Technical qualification (engineer, construction technician, master craftsman) and experience in a commercial/business role ⢠Proven professional experience in sales, preferably in field sales ⢠Strong customer and service orientation as well as technical understanding for sales, quotation preparation and product costing ⢠Knowledge of sales techniques (Value Selling / consultative selling) ⢠Knowledge of DYWIDAG products desirable ⢠Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style ⢠MS Office and ERP knowledge; experience with CRM tools ⢠Very good German language skills; additional languages are an advantage ⢠Strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence ⢠Strategic and customer-focused mindset ⢠Broad business-oriented thinking
