• Lead the development team under the CTO’s supervision. • Take part in the recruitments and evaluations of the team members. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality. • Lead the features development, from the specification to the implementation, and their maintenance. • Set the development team internal processes and ensure they are respected. • Take part into creating and maintaining a good team spirit.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Unity3D. • 2+ years of experience with React Native. • 2+ years of experience in multimedia or 3D-rendering development. • 2+ years experience with Agile development. • 2+ years experience in automation and unit tests. • Ability to write modular and quality code. • Passionate about helping people. • Team-oriented worker. • Positive attitude. • Great communication skills.
