📋 Description

• The Solution Architect is responsible for strategically designing and deploying Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that align with customer needs and drive business outcomes. • This role involves understanding complex business challenges, translating them into actionable requirements, defining solution strategies, and leading project teams to successful implementation. • Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, the Solution Architect ensures that solutions are aligned with customer goals and organizational capabilities. • In addition to implementation leadership, the Solution Architect supports pre-sales efforts and business development initiatives. • As a subject matter expert, the Solution Architect provides technical guidance to customers and serves as a leader within EAC, offering direction and support to project teams and cross-functional groups.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required; 10+ years preferred in a similar Solution Architect or technical consulting role. • Proven experience with PLM solutions, including infrastructure design (hardware, software, networking) and data management. • Hands-on experience with PTC technologies, including Windchill, ThingWorx, and Creo. • Proficiency in modern web technologies and programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, PHP, RESTful APIs, C, C++, and SQL. • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and experience in designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces. • Preferred experience with ERP connectors and integration with enterprise systems. • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Solid understanding of database concepts, data modeling, data connectivity, and data shaping. • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to remain effective and composed under pressure and in time-sensitive situations. • High degree of collaboration and accountability, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality results.
