📋 Description

• Own the end to end architecture of our Salesforce platform and integrated GTM systems • Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align systems with business objectives • Lead the integration and optimization of tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeanData, CPQ platforms, and DocuSign • Ensure secure and reliable Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API) and manage middleware as needed • Build automation and scripting solutions to improve performance and reduce manual work • Evaluate and improve system architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability • Manage third-party vendors and consultants supporting implementation and ongoing system administration • Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem developments and proactively recommend

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred • 5 – 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud • Financial services industry experience is highly desirable • Prior experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with cloud-based integrations • Experience working in an Agile development environment, applying Scrum or Kanban methodologies • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce • Proficiency in Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, etc.) and experience with middleware solutions • Skilled in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for automation • Ability to own the GTM systems roadmap and architecture, including Salesforce and integrated tools across RevOps and Customer Success • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate architecture and optimize performance • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product) to align systems with strategic goals • Demonstrated success in leading integration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce and related tools • Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants to support implementation and ongoing administration • Travel up to 10% to company offices
